Well This one is pretty straightforward, and i like the Pose, along with the Clothing style, (thats a + to me cause thats close to how i dress) has a good impact on me because the way you drew it makes me think, "does he act/think how he looks like he functions?" but also, another + is the Folds in the Clothing and its natural look to it. The hair also helps me form an opinion on the personality of the character, but not completely sure of who he really is...

Something to work on (i am no good at this either) would be the smaller details on things like the face, although youve done really well considering my knowledge of the medium you use.... but more practice never hurts does it?

I love that style of dress it's hot lol

Never judge a charactor by there hair, well I don't think you should XD. One charactor, looked really silly with his hair but he turned out to be really kick ass, hair does sometimes determine personality I know where your coming at. But It usualy isn't like that for anime

. But yes this dude is very kick ass XD!
